We’re sorry to hear your product arrived damaged. Follow the steps below, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What We Need From YouTo process your claim, please send us the following:

1. Your ordernumber

2. Photo of the Damage- Clear close-up shots showing the damage to the product.

3. A full photo of the entire print for context.

4. Photo of the Package Label

5. A photo of the label with all text and barcodes clearly visible.

6. Photo of the Inside Packaging (Bubblewrap, Cardboard-corners etc.)

7. Photo of the Outside of the Package
